If you haven’t come across Mooji yet, I highly recommend that you check him out. He is a student of the one of India’s most renowned saints, Sri Ramana Maharishi. Although Maharishi passed away late last century, Mooji has carried on teaching to the essential core of Advaita Vedanta philosophy and patiently, unwaveringly, compassionately pointing towards the ineffable essence at the center of every conscious being. He guides each seeker that comes to him with such tenderness and care that I find it impossible not to fall in love with him, and then fall into the direct realization of his timeless message.

This image speaks to both the revelatory unfolding of essential esoterica as well as how that esoteric knowledge can be practically applied. In the course of an individual’s unique evolution these teachings are provided as a catalyst. As the mind-stream ripens the self-evident existence of these realities provide a reflection of the growth and healing that takes place along the path of illuminitive consciousness. The caduceus is truly a timeless archetype and as a form of symbolic transmission it speaks directly to the deep mind in order to stir awareness of spiritual evolution, and to the conscious mind to ignite the flame of aspiration in to order to actually get up and do something about it.
The twining serpents are, of course, the primal lifeforce energies referred to as prana in the yogic traditions, winds or essences in Tibetan tantra, and elements, directions, or animal totems in the Native American traditions. Here we see the energetic flow in the form of the snakes coiling upwards showing how all vital creative energies manifest and move in spirals and vorticies. The crossover points represent critical neural/energetic plexuses along the spinal column, otherwise called chakras. There are seven chakras that are commonly taught, though as an adept advances many more are uncovered and mastered. Here the base six are shown going from the root all the way to the so-called third-eye [ajna chakra] which is representative of the pineal/pituitary complex -the deepest and oldest governing center of the human organism. In the yogic iconography the ajna chakra is depicted as being binary, or having two petals. In this case it is the image of two wings calling to mind the notion of a bird spreading its wings in order to take flight. In the physical plane this action is one of transcending the gravitational field and gaining mobility and higher perspective. In the non-physical realm this intimates how the subtle body can move from a denser dimensional sphere to higher one. When the perceptual emphasis of the being shifts away from a linear dualistic orientation (where seeing is done merely ‘through the eyes’), a person will begin to see with the singular eye (the pineal gland) and the world is revealed as a continuous and unbroken field of waveforms. Concomitantly, the bird of consciousness takes flight and one is no longer bound to a deterministic and sequential flow of time. The simultaneity of events is sometimes referred to as synchronicity.
The background geometries of the image are done in a style reminiscent of the Shipibo Indian iconography. These people are indigenous tribes who dwell in the Peruvian Amazon and who use the amazingly powerful psychoactive brew called ayahuasca as a sacrament and cure-all medicine. It is no mere ‘co-incidence’ that the tea made from the sacred vine has the potential to teach those who sincerely imbibe it to first see, then to fully comprehend the cosmos as a multi-dimensional and infinitely fractal continuum of energetic waveforms (indicated by the distinctive line weavings of their designs). When the traveler is healed from the ego-bound split of duality, he/she takes flight into the synchronistic multi-phased nature of the waking dream.

If you are still using a brand name commercial toothpaste you might want to read the label… seriously. If your brand contains fluoride then you might meditate for a while on why there is a poison control warning on the back of the tube. Check it our. Did you know that fluoride (hexaflurosalisic acid) has been recently classified as a neuro-toxin? Well, seeing as that stuff is a really nasty by-product of, among other things, the paper industry and that the US buys it from China [wtf?] in order to avoid the red tape of either dumping it or having to responsibly process it, no wonder it is hideous. So why are you brushing your teeth with it? Time for better options, so here goes.
OK, so I’m beta-testing this one but so far it works really well. Here is a super simple recipe for toothpaste that you can make in just a few minutes and it is reputed to have some remarkable properties.
1 Tbs of turmeric powder
1 Tbs of organic virgin coconut oil
& a few dashes of a high quality food-grade peppermint oil
Just mix them all together really well, dip you toothbrush in and get to work. As you may know turmeric has some truly wonderful medicinal properties, one of the most important of which is fighting inflammation. This toothpaste can have a soothing effect on gingivitis and will also soak into your mucus membranes to work on other parts of your body as well.
What’s more, the coconut oil has a ‘drawing’ effect that can pull toxins our of your mouth while you brush. For better drawing results let the oil soak in your mouth of 10~15 mins, then spit it out and rinse.
Turmeric is additionally thought to have the ability to ‘decalcify’ the pineal gland, so using this herb regularly will help in pulling out fluoride and excess calcium from you master endocrine glands. You can do more research on decalcifying your pineal gland and the remarkable advantages this can give you (hint: the pineal gland is responsible for manufacturing DMT which is thought to be the psychotropic cocktail made in your head that allows you to dream and take visionary voyages!).
And if all that isn’t enough, turmeric toothpaste is reputed to be a powerful teeth whitener. I’ve been using if for several days and I actually think it is working. If you try this one let me know how it goes for you 🙂

This is a video I recently watched that explores the differences between existence and subjective experience in the 3rd, 4th and 5th vibrational dimensions. For anyone who is engaged on path and finds perspective on these differences helpful, this video may be worth watching [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RW75MaUS1lY]. Ever feel overwhelmed by the world? Sometimes it feels like it is all just hopelessly crazy, doesn’t it? But maybe we don’t have to ‘make sense’ of the world. Reconciling sane from the insane, right from wrong, good and bad is work for that part of the mind that can only experience the world in terms of duality. That is what the brain does -the hemispheres collect, interpret, and express sensory information dualistically, so it seems that everything is black and white which is forever folding into itself (think of the yin/yang symbol). But when we shift the source of our awareness from the head to the heart something wonderful begins to happen.
Unlike the brain, the ‘heart-mind’ is mono-polar -that is to say, it can only experience and interpret the world as a holon. This is the source of the so-called ‘holistic’ way of looking at things: the heart sees the world as ‘black AND white’, and all the shades of gray in between. Knowing this, however, is different as doing it. Most of us are stuck in thinking about and experiencing the world through the cerebral part of the body. Finding the way back into the heart can be tricky because many of us don’t have a lot of skill in heart-centered living, have been traumatized and therefore walled off the heart center, or simply have not been shown that path back into holistic realization.
Finding that peace that ‘passeth understanding’ can be quite simple. Remember the teaching, ‘…when Thine eye be single, then Thy whole body shall be filled with Light’? Allow your sense of ‘I’ to move away from your physical eyes and let is settle gently and easily in the center of your chest. Just let it be. Don’t let the world pull your awareness away from your heart. No matter what it is that you experience there, just feel it. Allow it. It may take some time but you will get the hang of it. Practice ‘seeing’ the world through the single ‘I’ of the heart and bless everything with Love. Sooner or later, you will come to know the true meaning of, ‘Thy whole body being filled with Light’.

Ever wanted to take the ultimate vacation? Radiant unperturbed mind is closer than you think, closer to you than even your thinking. When you are able to access pure witness consciousness, it is like having a great holiday from the relentless burden of having to nbe you all the time. How do you do this? It’s easy. Just take a mental step back. Move from the state of mind that experiences itself as the subject of an objective universe to one that simply sees. In witness consciousness one ceases the need to comment, or label, or categorize, or struggle with… whatever it is that appears in the present moment. Try it. Take a mental step back and look at the world as an unbroken totality -even the act of ‘looking’ falls away and all that is present is the undefinable presence of reality. What a relief!
